Can we make our visit more personal?
We are here to create joyful memories! If you have a special request or ideas to make your experience more magical, add the details in the Special requests box when you book. Santa will do his best to personalize your visit, from birthdays and graduations to Honor Roll, upcoming recitals and sporting events.
Can I reschedule or get a refund?
Every booking is final: no refunds and no rescheduling. Please choose your time carefully.
