You’ll be warmly welcomed and checked in at the door. Then it’s time to step into Santa’s cozy workshop!

Step 4: Meet Santa, write a letter to the North Pole and make a craft.
Enjoy a personal, unhurried visit with Santa, share your letter to the North Pole and create a special holiday craft to take home.

Our professional photographers capture genuine moments so you can be fully present and enjoy the experience.

You’ll receive a link to your beautiful, high-resolution photos by email within 48–72 hours, ready to download, share and cherish.
The visit lasts 30–45 minutes.
